These terms apply to your use of the TringPBX website. They do not replace or vary any separate agreement for services provided to a customer.

Where a signed or accepted service agreement exists, that agreement governs the service. These terms cover the website itself.

• Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access.
• Do not use automated means to submit the contact form or to scrape the site at a volume that affects its availability.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or the organisation you are contacting us on behalf of.

The website describes services in general terms. Availability of a specific capability, number type or destination depends on the setup involved and is confirmed with you directly.

Descriptions and examples on this site are illustrative. They are not an offer, a commitment to provide a particular capability, or a statement of what is available in a given country at a given time.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a service commitment. It starts a conversation. Any service is subject to a separate agreement, to confirmation of availability, and to any checks required for the destinations involved.

The TringPBX name, logo, written content, diagrams and design of this website belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, share links to and quote reasonable extracts of the site with attribution. You may not reproduce the brand or design as your own.

Where we link to another organisation, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Nothing on this page is a service level commitment for a live voice service — those are set out in a service agreement.

These terms may be updated as the service and the business change. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
